‘Orientalisme’ is a series of limited edition, high-end, hand-knotted carpets designed by Mo Coppoletta, who in addition to being one of the world’s best-known tattoo artists, is a consultant, art director and designer in the world of luxury and art. The collection draws inspiration from the classical icons of the oriental world, readapted and reinterpreted to best suit the visual composition of each carpet. Each design tells a unique story and transports the viewer into a fantastic decorative world of playful creatures and sumptuous backgrounds, woven with silk yarns and precious metals.
